1. Identity and acceptance

This website is operated by MASH, Martinez Star Home, from Santiago, Dominican Republic. By browsing it, you accept these website terms. If you disagree, you may stop using the site.

These terms do not replace specific conditions included in a quotation, invoice, order or agreement confirmed with a customer.

2. Purpose of the website

The site presents collections, products, materials and general information about outdoor furniture. It is not currently an online store: it has no cart, payment, automatic reservation or immediate order confirmation.

Quotation buttons open communication channels to discuss needs, availability and conditions before any commercial commitment.

3. Product information

We work to make photographs, descriptions and specifications clear. However, color may vary by screen and lighting, while dimensions, finishes, composition, accessories and availability must be confirmed in the quotation.

A lifestyle image may show decorative or contextual elements that are not part of the quoted product. The final quotation should identify the pieces and conditions included.

4. Quotations, prices and orders

Prices, taxes, transport, installation, payment method, offer validity and estimated delivery date will be stated in the applicable quotation. An initial conversation or inquiry does not by itself confirm an order.

An order is subject to the commercial conditions accepted by MASH and the customer, as well as confirmation of availability or production capacity. Keep the quotation, receipts and messages related to the transaction.

5. Configured or made-to-order products

When a quotation includes special dimensions, colors, fabrics, finishes or configurations, approval, change, production, cancellation and delivery conditions should be stated in that quotation before the order is confirmed.

Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

6. Permitted use

• Do not attempt to access the administration area, servers, accounts or data without authorization.
• Do not interfere with the operation, security or availability of the site.
• Do not copy the catalog in bulk or use MASH images, text or marks commercially without authorization.

7. Intellectual property

The MASH brand, website design, photographs, text, graphics and other content belong to their respective owners and are protected by applicable law. Browsing the site does not grant a license to exploit that content commercially.

8. Third-party links and services

Links to WhatsApp, Instagram and other services are provided to facilitate communication. Each platform operates under its own terms, availability and policies.

9. Availability and liability

We may correct errors, update information or temporarily suspend parts of the site for maintenance or security. MASH does not guarantee uninterrupted site availability.

These limitations do not exclude liability or rights that cannot be limited under Dominican consumer protection law.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are interpreted under the laws of the Dominican Republic. If a dispute arises, the parties may first seek a direct resolution and preserve evidence of the quotation and agreement. This does not prevent either party from contacting Pro Consumidor, another competent authority or the courts when appropriate.

11. Changes

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the site or commercial process. The current version will be published here with its update date.
